We’re open, get in touch.

Following government policy regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, Waterloo Community Counselling made the decision to temporarily suspend face-to-face counselling from the 18th of March 2020. Ever since we have continued to provide our vital service of talking therapy to many people across London.

We are offering counselling sessions via the telephone or through video call technology.

We recognise this is a very difficult time for everyone, and isolation will have an emotional as well as financial impact on many Londoners. We are happy to say that our service is open and available to people across all boroughs.

If you wish to book an assessment appointment with a counsellor from our Low Cost service please fill in the referral form below. One of our administrative team will then get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable time and date for the assessment.

If you are a refugee or asylum-seeker please visit our Multi-Ethnic Counselling Service page to make an appointment.

If you would like to make a general enquiry please email info@waterloocc.co.uk and someone will get back to you ASAP.

Please be aware that since the office is currently closed there will be no one to answer the phone.
